digit year, two digit month (for example, 01 for
January), two digit day, two digit hour, two digit
minute, two digit second, an optional decimal part
of a second, and a time zone indication. Red Hat
strongly recommends using the Z time zone
indication, which indicates Greenwich Mean T ime.
