Ensure the Username field includes the domain name in uppercase. The username can also be

provided in UPN format:

Another approach is to try making a direct HDX connection with local Linux user credentials instead

of domain user credentials. This helps isolate whether there are domain authentication issues, which

are often caused by misconfigured networking or Active Directory integration.
