add-footer Appends a footer specified by a filename or
URL to a an HTML file.
file (optional) The pathname to the file
containingthe footer.Specify either file or
uri.
uri (optional) A URI pointing to the resource
containingthe footer.Specify either file or
uri.
NSIntAbsFilePath yes or no no (optional)ifthefile parameter is specified,
the NSIntAbsFilePath parameter
determines whetherthefilename isabsolute
(yes)orrelative(no).
add-header Prepends aheaderspecifiedbya filenameor
URL to an HTML file.

append-trailer Appends text to the end of an HTML file.
trailer The text to append to HTML documents.
The string is unescaped with
util_uri_unescape before being sent.
The text can contain HTML tags and can be
up to 512 characters long after unescaping
and inserting the date. If you use the string
:LASTMOD:,whichisreplacedbythedate
the file was last modified; you must also
specify a time format with timefmt.
