Synchronization Agents

After Installation

We recommend that the Agent is set to automatically start on reboot of the

machine. Starting this Agent will also start any Database Agents that have

already been installed.

You can create an init script to define the GO_ROOT environment variable and

then execute:

Starting the Agent

To start the Agent, enter the following commands:

To stop the Agent, enter the following commands:

${GO_ROOT}/bin/GoAgent on startup, and

${GO_ROOT}/bin/GoStop on shutdown.

# GO_ROOT=/opt/quest/insync

# export GO_ROOT

# ${GO_ROOT}/bin/GoAgent
