• Improved navigation: A left navigation bar has been introduced to save space and improve access to

features.

• Improved panel display: Options have been moved to panel pages to improve access. Graphs from

panel pages have been moved to the new Dashboards.

• Customizable list pages: Columns on list pages can be resized, repositioned, and sorted. In addition,

you can specify whether to refresh list pages automatically, at a specified interval, or not at all, and you

can choose the number of items to display. User preferences persist throughout a login session.

• Standardized actions and objects: Actions such as creating Smart Labels have been standardized

across components, such as Inventory and Patching.

• Improved forms: Forms and configuration pages have been redesigned to eliminate the need for

explicit Edit buttons. Field validation, and actions such as Duplicate and Cancel, have also been

improved.

• Improved wizards for labels: The wizards used to create labels now use metadata and provide search

capability.

• Service Desk improvements: A rules engine has been introduced to improve the management of

Service Desk Ticket Rules.
